Order Related Questions

We charge sales tax in several states following local laws, such as certain states requiring a dietary supplement tax. The tax rate and laws vary depending on the state that we ship to. The following states will be charged tax when placing orders on Espys.co: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MA, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, NY, OH, OK, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV.

We charge a small fee of around $5-9 for orders under $74, depending on your location.

However, if your order is above $74, you qualify for free shipping.

For 1-3 day shipping, you may choose the priority shipping option during checkout, which costs around $11 to $18.

We also offer overnight shipping, which costs anywhere from $25 to $45, depending on your location.

Due to laws and regulations, we cannot ship to all 50 states.

States we cannot ship to are Idaho, Iowa, and Nebraska.

Some states require specific labeling requirements, and all our product packaging meets those requirements.

If you’ve placed an order and would like to make a change to it, please call us at (866) 709-3630. If the order has not been shipped out, we can modify your order to your liking, whether that be a change in the shipping address or the products you purchased.

-Points cannot be used in conjunction with coupons or promotional codes.

-Points and coupon codes cannot be used on orders with bulk products.

-Points and coupon codes cannot be combined with Bonata's Subscription Program discount.

At Bonata, we stand behind the quality of our products 100%, so we offer 14-days free returns on opened or unopened products.

If you are not satisfied with our products or would like to return them for a refund for any reason, reach out to us by our live chat, email support@bonata.com, or calling (866) 709-3630. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to ship the product(s) back to us, and once we receive it and verify you sent the product(s) back to us, we will refund you fully.

If you purchased a Bonata product from a distributor or retailer, go to that location and ask them to return it or exchange the bottle. We will, in turn, reimburse them.

SUBSCRIBE & SAVE

Simply select the “Subscribe & Save” option on the product page and follow the normal purchase routine. During checkout, you will have to create an account, so you can log back in to edit or cancel your order if you ever need to.

Once you purchase, you’ll be set up in our subscription program, and from that moment on, you won’t ever have to worry about running out or going out of your way to purchase because we’ll automatically ship out your order the exact time you requested.

1. Select “Subscribe and Save” on the product page.

2. Select the quantity and schedule that works for you, from every 2 weeks to every 2 months.

3. Skip your deliveries or cancel your subscriptions at any time by visiting Manage Your Subscriptions in your account dashboard.

4. In advance of each delivery, we will send you a reminder email
showing the item price and any applicable discount for your upcoming delivery.

1) Login to your account, and in your profile on the left side, you’ll see several menu options.

2) Choose “Subscriptions,” and on that page, you will see all your subscription orders which you can choose which one to view.

3) After choosing which subscription order you want to view/edit, you’ll see options open to skip, cancel, or change your delivery frequency.

3) Choose “Skip” to skip your next delivery.

Your next order will be skipped, and you won’t be charged for it, but your subscription program will still be active, so following that skipped order, you’ll be getting your next order.

1) Login to your account, and in your profile, on the left side, you’ll see several menu options.

2) Choose “Subscriptions,” and on that page, you will see all your subscription orders which you can choose which one to view.

3) After choosing which subscription order you want to view/edit, you’ll see options open to skip, cancel, or change your delivery frequency.

4) Choose “Change Delivery Date” to change your delivery date.

1) Login to your account, and in your profile, on the left side, you’ll see several menu options.

2) Choose “Subscriptions,” and on that page, you will see all your subscription orders which you can choose which one to view.

3 After choosing which subscription order you want to view/edit, you’ll see options open to skip, cancel, or change your delivery frequency.

4) Choose “Cancel” to cancel your subscription order.

Once you do that you wont be charged again and that subscription order will essentially be  paused and whenever you’d like you can reactivate it to get back to getting your product and saving.
